The Wizard's Pursuit of Truth
Chapter 319 - 196: Nature Transformation Complete, Burning Silence Particle Energy
In the end, only two definite paths could be confirmed.
One was to elevate his authority as a Child of the Dark to that of a ’Dark Walker’.
The other was to increase his Power to the level of an Extreme Wizard Apprentice.
Only then would the method for breaking through to Official Wizard be revealed to Wang Ya.
Bound by the rules of the Dark Land, even the Illusory Dream Wizard had to comply.
The Tower Spirit enveloped Wang Ya in the power of the Teleportation Witch Array.
His figure appeared in his bedroom. He took off his Wizard Robe and checked on Green Forest’s Soul Body. Wang Ya was now capable of acquiring some Extraordinary Resources that could nourish a soul. Green Forest’s Soul Body remained stable and was even showing signs of improvement, but it had yet to awaken.
There was nothing Wang Ya could do about it. He could only focus on keeping the Soul Body stable for now. Perhaps once his Power increased in the future, he would be able to discover the reason for this state.
He hadn’t forgotten what the Tuta Wizard had once said: once his Power reached the level of an Official Wizard, he could resurrect Green Forest.
Teacher Illusory Dream had also looked into the situation and said, "Some things you must handle yourself. Interference from others might lead to outcomes you do not wish to see. Resurrecting a Soul Body is not difficult for an Official Wizard, but this is a mortal. He would be affected by an Official Wizard’s Particle Energy..."
Wang Ya drew the curtains, plunging the bedroom into darkness, and lay down on the bed. Teacher Illusory Dream’s meaning was clear. A mortal’s Soul Body was not as strong as that of an Extraordinary being. In other words, any private matter involving resurrection and the Soul Body should not be left in the hands of others if at all possible.
Wang Ya closed his eyes. A wave of exhaustion washed over his mind, and he fell into a deep sleep.
...
Inside the Virtual Laboratory.
Wang Ya activated multiple instruments simultaneously, pushing his Energy consumption to its maximum. A variety of flickering lights danced across his pale cheeks.
The contained Energy fluctuations within the Wizard Instruments were so intense that even an Official Wizard would have been shocked to witness them.
The power level was comparable to what they used in their daily experiments.
About half a year had passed. This was the fourth set of particle variable experiments Wang Ya had conducted.
It was an extension of the third set, with the main focus on the fission of Fire Element Particle Energy.
This was where Wang Ya borrowed the theory of nuclear fission from his past life, combining it with Extraordinary Knowledge from the Black Sun Inheritance to induce a transformation in the particles’ properties.
The details involved two distinct guiding methods: spontaneous fission and induced fission. The goal was to use these approaches to achieve a result analogous to nuclear fission.
Adapting this to the Wizard World, the former method involved creating an uncontrolled environment that allowed the Fire Element Particle Energy to undergo fission spontaneously.
The particles, already possessing a high degree of activity, would collide with one another, producing a terrifying energy reaction.
A single Fire Elemental Particle is inherently stable. By forcing them to differentiate, the resulting collisions would be more violent, causing the released energy to peak in an instant.
The latter method, induced fission, involved using powerful Extraordinary Spiritual Power to influence reality and compel the Fire Elemental Particles to split.
Then, he had to construct a Fission Dao through which the fission energy could be released.
In Wang Ya’s conception, this would be accomplished through Witchcraft.
For every Wizard who creates a Special Particle Energy, the moment of its successful creation is also the moment their own Wizard Path is validated.
The experiments and trials conducted during the creation process were, in fact, incredibly powerful forms of Witchcraft in themselves.
With a little more thought, one could create entire Witchcraft inheritances from them.
Wang Ya was no exception. In fact, if he wished, he could create as many Witchcraft inheritances as the number of variable experiment sets he had completed.
It wouldn’t be just six Witchcraft inheritances like the Rhine Inheritance; it would be many more.
Wang Ya had even thought of the names. He’d call it the ’Potential Energy Surface Fragment Angle Fission Inheritance,’ or for short, the ’Atomic Fission True Manual’ and the ’Atomic Potential-Kinetic Transference Divine Skill.’
The fifth set of variable experiments was an attempt at fusion, which involved merging two Fire Element Particle Energies. The resulting release of energy would be even more terrifying.
This was the foundation of Wang Ya’s Special Particle Energy.
Fusion!
Compression!
Enhancement!
If Wang Ya advanced to Official Wizard, there would also be a Sublimation.
Establishing a Fission Dao was no easy task. The calculations involved would drive even a Divination Wizard to despair.
Wang Ya couldn’t do it on his own either, especially since this wasn’t the same concept as the nuclear fission and fusion of his past life.
This was a Power imbued with Extraordinary Properties.
Wang Ya had to use the Eye of Truth at full capacity just to assist. Unsurprisingly, the analysis of the Evil God’s Heart was put on hold once again.
But progress was still slow.
The Fission Dao required calculating each of the fragment angles, and then calculating the multidimensional release from the fission potential energy surface.
If he couldn’t control it, it would result in a failed nuclear-type Witchcraft—an indiscriminate attack that would include himself.
In the end, it took Wang Ya a full eight months to finally crack this problem.
By using rotation and vibration to control the multidimensional direction of the fission potential energy surface, he could form a stable Fission Dao, allowing him to manipulate it at will.
Currently, he could only manage one set of rotations and a Level 1 vibrational energy level.
If his Extraordinary Spiritual Power increased, he could further increase the number of rotation sets and vibrational energy levels.
The power of the released Fire Core Fission would then increase exponentially.
...
Wang Ya had been in the laboratory for two full years.
He hadn’t left once in those two years.
The Tower Spirit prepared his food.
As for Extraordinary Resources, he could acquire them from Harak’s Store. He was not lacking in Magic Stones or resources.
Although he was short on Dark Points, with the Black Sun Inheritance, he no longer needed to acquire knowledge about the Elemental Wizard path from the Land of Inheritance.
Thus, he didn’t have much use for Dark Points.
So, he was able to conduct his research and experiments in peace, at one point even reaching a state of fanatical obsession.
’Almost there, almost there. This is the last set of variable experiments. Once this is done, my very own Special Particle Energy will appear in this world.’
Inside the Virtual Laboratory, Wang Ya’s expression was one of morbid excitement. His skin was deathly pale, his lips were bloodless, and his hair was a messy tangle. He was the very picture of a disheveled man.
Reflected in his pupils was the light of the Fire Core Fusion blooming within the Wizard Instrument. It was black, an absolute black, like a black hole capable of pulling in all light and matter.
Within it was a Particle Energy fluctuation that would shock even an Official Wizard.
’There are three ways to control and generate Fire Core Fusion. I’m not skilled with gravitational fields. A focused laser, striking a single point to release extreme heat, is what I’m good at, and it’s the most suitable method for Fire Core Fusion. The reverse field formed by a rotating magnetic field is too far beyond me; that’s not something I can achieve with my current Ability.’
Wang Ya’s eyelids were red, and his pupils were shot with blood. He muttered to himself morbidly, "I’ve completely mastered the premixing, laminar flow, turbulence, and diffusion of the plasma state. It’s impossible for this to fail. I’ve calculated every variable, every aspect I could possibly think of."
CRACK!
The sound of cracking glass rang out. Wang Ya’s pupils dilated, and he blanked out for a moment. Then, the corners of his mouth curled into a grin, widening further and further until he finally burst into wild, unrestrained laughter.
"Hahaha, I succeeded! I succeeded! My property transformation is complete! My very own Special Particle Energy has finally been born!"
"I, Wang Ya Harak, have succeeded!!"
Overwhelming ecstasy flooded Wang Ya’s mind. He clenched his right hand into a tight fist and threw a triumphant punch into the air.
Reflected in his eyes was the image within the Wizard Instrument: a color of pure, terrifying black, filled with mystery, immensity, oppressive might, and contained power...
