Chapter 260: Chapter 260: An Utterly Shameless Question

Ye Feng looked at her and snickered. "Let’s skip the pleasantries and get down to business. How about you let me see your butt?"

"Get lost," Long Xi’Er roared in fury, slamming a fist onto Ye Feng’s shoulder.

Ye Feng immediately burst into laughter.

He walked to the edge of the bank and looked down at the car, which had been burned down to its metal frame. His eyes narrowed slightly.

"This... they were trying to kill us!"

After saying this, he looked at Caiyun. "Was it you? Did you want to kill me and arrange this on purpose?"

Caiyun glared at Ye Feng and roared angrily, "Are you insane? The Princess and I were in the car too! If we wanted to kill you, would we have thrown our own lives away?"

Ye Feng smiled. "Hmm, they say big boobs mean no brains, but it seems that’s not always true."

"You... You can just go die!" Caiyun was so angry her lungs were about to explode.

But Ye Feng ignored her. He took out his phone and made a call. "Hey, Third Senior Sister, help me look into something..."

Chen Yun’Er agreed without hesitation. "I’ll investigate as soon as possible. You have to be careful."

Ye Feng nodded, put down the phone, and muttered, "Trying to kill me? ’You’re dreaming!’"

As he spoke, a terrifying killing intent instantly radiated from him.

Just then, Caiyun hailed a taxi. The three of them got in and headed for the imperial palace.

When they arrived at the imperial palace, Ye Feng went to Long Xi’Er’s side. He looked at her and asked with a completely serious expression, "Long Xi’Er, I have a very serious question for you."

Seeing Ye Feng’s solemn face, Long Xi’Er assumed it was something important. She nodded. "Go ahead. If it’s something I know, I’ll tell you."

Ye Feng nodded. "I need to ask, are you still a virgin?"

It took a moment for Long Xi’Er to process. She looked at Ye Feng, confused. "A what?"

Ye Feng made a circle with the thumb and index finger of his left hand, then repeatedly poked his right middle finger through the circle. "You know, have you ever... done this with a man?"

Long Xi’Er finally understood. She stared at Ye Feng, so angry her lungs were about to explode.

She whirled around to face Caiyun, her voice trembling as she shouted, "Caiyun, give me your sword! No matter what, I have to kill this damned pervert today!"

Caiyun drew the sword, handed it to Long Xi’Er, and shouted cathartically, "Princess, here! You should’ve done this long ago! You go first, I’ll add a few stabs later."

Seeing that Long Xi’Er had actually taken the longsword and was about to attack him, Ye Feng glared and roared, "Stop! I’m telling you, I asked you that to cure your father, the Emperor!"

"You damned pervert, how dare you keep spewing nonsense! I don’t see what this has to do with you treating my father!" Long Xi’Er stared at Ye Feng and roared furiously.

Ye Feng looked at Long Xi’Er and said with a straight face, "That just shows your ignorance. Let me tell you, many people know that the urine of a young boy is ’cold’ in nature, able to nourish yin and reduce fire, cool the blood and disperse stasis. It can treat coughs, vomiting blood, nosebleeds, and postpartum faintness caused by yin deficiency and rising fire. But what many people *don’t* know is that a virgin’s urine is also a medicinal ingredient—and a sacred antidote at that. The poison your father was given is extremely peculiar and must be treated with this specific ingredient."

"The reason I couldn’t treat him last time was because I was missing this medicinal catalyst. I was originally planning to go find a virgin, but you’ve been pressing me so hard, I can only see if you can provide this ingredient."

Beside them, Caiyun glared at Ye Feng and roared angrily, "The Princess has guarded her virtue like jade! Of course she’s a virgin! You shouldn’t have even asked that question, because it’s a desecration of Her Highness!"

Hearing this, Ye Feng nodded in satisfaction. "That’s a relief. You see, I’m a bit of a clean freak."

"Ye Feng, what’s that supposed to mean?" Long Xi’Er glared at Ye Feng and asked through gritted teeth.

Ye Feng said with a straight face, "I’m just saying, you’d better not be lying to me. Because if you are, your urine won’t be a sacred antidote, but a lethal poison."

With that, he turned and walked toward the palace, his nonchalant voice drifting back. "Go fill a bottle for me. I’ll need it in a bit."

Long Xi’Er stared at Ye Feng and bit out through clenched teeth, "Ye Feng, you’d better not be deceiving me. Otherwise, I will tear you to pieces."

Ye Feng turned back to look at Long Xi’Er, a grin on his face. "Don’t worry. I still need to get the Jade Pendant back from your father, so I want him to live too. Right now, you and I are on the same team."

"Bastard! Who’s on the same team as you!" Long Xi’Er’s lungs were about to explode with rage again.

Beside her, Caiyun watched Ye Feng’s retreating back, her eyes darting. She leaned in and whispered to Long Xi’Er, "Princess, I have a way to deal with him."

After speaking, she leaned close to Long Xi’Er’s ear and whispered a few sentences.

Long Xi’Er’s pretty face instantly turned beet red. "Caiyun, you actually want me to..."

Caiyun gritted her teeth and said, "Princess, if I don’t do something disgusting to him, I’ll die from anger! Don’t worry about it, I’ll handle this. If he gets mad, he can blame me."

...

Ye Feng arrived at the entrance to the Hall of Mental Cultivation and waited for Long Xi’Er.

Before long, Long Xi’Er hurried over and handed a plastic water bottle to Ye Feng. The mere thought of its contents made her so ashamed she wished she could find a hole in the ground to crawl into.

But just then, a scream came from inside the Hall of Mental Cultivation. "Imperial Physician, quickly! His Majesty isn’t breathing!"

Hearing this, Long Xi’Er shrieked and ran frantically into the Hall, stumbling over to the imperial bed. She saw Long Ao lying there, his eyes shut tight, completely motionless.

Long Xi’Er reached out to check for Long Ao’s breath. Her hand felt only ice-cold skin; there was no sign of breathing at all.

She screamed in terror, "Imperial Physician! Quick, Imperial Physician!"

The Imperial Physician took two steps forward, looked at Long Xi’Er, and sighed. "Princess, I have already examined him. His Majesty’s illness is terminal, beyond the help of medicine. Please, accept my condolences."

At this moment, the Empress, standing behind them with red-rimmed eyes, also spoke. "Princess, your father has already passed. We should start preparing for his funeral."

Upon hearing this, Long Xi’Er hugged Long Ao and began to sob uncontrollably.

But just then, a calm voice sounded from the doorway. "Why are you always so eager for His Majesty to die? Do you want something to happen to him?"

As the voice faded, Ye Feng sauntered in.

"You’re courting death." Seeing Ye Feng, the Empress’s face darkened instantly. "Guards! Beat this bastard to death with clubs!"

"Who dares touch him!" Long Xi’Er shrieked, leaping to her feet to block Ye Feng.

A cold glint flashed in the Empress’s eyes, but it vanished as quickly as it appeared. She looked at Long Xi’Er and sighed. "Princess, don’t be fooled by this charlatan. He can’t cure your father at all. He’s just using some dark art to forcibly stimulate his life force, causing a final burst of energy before death. Your father is truly gone."

The Imperial Physician beside her quickly added, "Princess, Her Majesty is right. The other Imperial Physicians and I have all examined him. His Majesty’s illness is truly terminal..."

But Ye Feng’s next words nearly made the Imperial Physician explode with rage.
