By the time Damian’s group arrived at the Sacred Arena, the enormous stadium was already packed with spectators.

News that two established Second Tier factions were jointly challenging a mysterious group of foreigners had spread rapidly throughout Hanamiyako, attracting countless cultivators eager to witness the upcoming battle.

Ren and Aiko could only stare at the enormous crowd in disbelief, clearly having underestimated just how much attention this challenge would attract.

Damian, meanwhile, casually looked around with an impressed expression. "Damn! They really turned this into a huge event, huh? Just look at all these people!"

The group soon entered the reserved combat area, where representatives of both enemy factions were already waiting.

Unlike their previous encounters, neither organization had sent ordinary members this time.

Standing at the front of the Kurogane group was Kurogane Masanori, their Taishō and a powerful Peak Nascent Soul cultivator.

Masaru stood nearby alongside several senior Gokenin, each possessing formidable Nascent Soul cultivation.

On the opposite side stood several masked figures belonging to Yamikarasu.

Their leader wore a dark cloak decorated with a silver crow emblem, while the masked cultivators standing behind him radiated similarly powerful auras.

Damian raised an eyebrow as he casually examined the opposing group. "Oh? Looks like they actually brought out their strongest members this time."

Cassandra’s crimson eyes immediately gleamed with excitement as a bloodthirsty grin spread across her face. "Hehehe! Even better, darling! At least they know how to make things interesting!"

At that moment, Masanori suddenly stepped forward, his stern gaze settling directly on Damian. "So you’re the foreigner who humiliated one of my guild’s senior members?"

Damian casually waved his hand with a carefree smile. "Yep! That’s me! Nice to meet you, old man! The name’s Damian!"

Masanori’s expression immediately hardened, clearly displeased by Damian’s shamelessly casual attitude.

"Impudent brat! Not only did your women publicly humiliate my guild’s members, but you still dare to look down on us even now?!"

Before Damian could respond, the masked leader of Yamikarasu also stepped forward.

His cold eyes narrowed as he spoke in a threatening voice. "And your group is also responsible for destroying one of our branches and slaughtering every member stationed there."

Hearing these accusations, Damian immediately raised one hand and casually pointed toward the women standing behind him.

"Whoa, whoa! Hold on a second! Technically speaking, the ones who did all that were my women, not me!"

He shrugged innocently before adding, "I was just enjoying myself when all that happened, you know!"

Masanori’s expression grew even uglier, while the Yamikarasu leader stared at him coldly.

However, Damian suddenly stopped shrugging, and a mischievous grin slowly spread across his face. "But..."

He casually stepped forward, looking directly at the two leaders without the slightest trace of fear. "Whether I personally did those things or not doesn’t really matter, does it?"

Damian spread his arms before gesturing proudly toward the beautiful women standing behind him. "After all, they’re my women! Whatever they do, I’ll naturally stand behind them!"

His grin widened as he pointed toward the opposing factions. "So if you bastards are really that desperate to settle things with us, you’d better be prepared!"

He chuckled shamelessly before adding, "Because once this fight starts, don’t expect me to feel sorry for what happens to any of you! Hehehe!"

Both faction leaders immediately frowned, their expressions darkening at Damian’s shameless provocation.

"You arrogant brat! I’ll make sure you pay for your insolence once we enter the Sacred Arena!" Masanori declared angrily, his hand tightening around the hilt of his katana.

The Yamikarasu leader also stepped forward, his eyes gleaming coldly. "And don’t forget, outsider. The challenge we’ve issued isn’t some ordinary competition. This will be a life-and-death duel!"

Damian simply waved his hand dismissively, looking completely unimpressed. "Yeah, yeah! I already know that! You don’t need to keep reminding me!"

Masanori’s mouth twitched in irritation, but he eventually suppressed his anger and continued explaining the rules.

"Very well. This challenge will consist of five battles. Each side will select five representatives, with one fighter entering the arena at a time."

Damian rubbed his chin thoughtfully before nodding. "Oh? So basically, it’s a best-of-five competition? Whoever wins three matches takes the victory?"

Masanori immediately shook his head. "No. Unlike an ordinary tournament, the challenge won’t end simply because one side wins three battles."

He raised five fingers before continuing, "All five matches must be fought to their conclusion, regardless of how many victories either side has already secured."

Hearing this, Damian’s eyes immediately lit up with excitement. "Ohhh! So all five battles are guaranteed to happen?"

Masanori narrowed his eyes suspiciously. "That’s correct. Every representative must fight."

Damian’s grin suddenly widened. "HAHAHA! Damn, that’s even better! I was worried we’d only get to enjoy three fights!"

The women standing behind him also exchanged amused glances, several of them grinning with obvious excitement.

Miona eagerly clenched her fists, while Linsey practically bounced on her feet. Even Cassandra’s crimson eyes gleamed with bloodthirsty anticipation.

Seeing their reactions, the two faction leaders couldn’t help feeling increasingly irritated.

However, before Masanori could finish explaining the remaining arrangements...

Damian casually turned around and started walking toward the arena. "Alright, alright! I’ve heard enough! Let’s stop wasting time talking and get this show started!"

Masanori immediately frowned. "Wait! I haven’t finished explaining!"

Damian merely waved his hand without looking back. "Save it for later, old man! I’ll be waiting for you bastards inside the arena!"

His shameless laughter echoed behind him as he continued walking. "HAHAHAHA! Come on! Let’s see what you guys are actually capable of!"

Masanori’s face darkened as he watched Damian walk away, his grip tightening around his katana. "That arrogant bastard! Does he seriously think this is some kind of entertainment?!"

The Yamikarasu leader narrowed his eyes coldly. "Let him enjoy his arrogance while he still can. He won’t be laughing once the battle begins."

Masaru clenched his fists, his expression filled with resentment. "Taishō, we must teach that bastard a lesson!"

Masanori snorted before turning toward his men. "Hmph! Prepare yourselves. We’ll make those outsiders understand why the Kurogane Samurai Guild must never be humiliated!"
