What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Chapter 1562: I’m Qualified To Go Beat Them Up

  • Next Chapter

I blinked a few times and the next thing I knew, I was standing in the centre of the arena, the whiteness I saw earlier revealing itself as a fog that had covered the space in the arena which dissipated after being blown by a gust of wind.

I looked around, wondering if this was just the normal turn of events after a winner had been decided. But I realised that Valuria was kneeling on a knee a few feet in front of me, looking confused as well.

My gaze then shifted to the pillars and...

CRACK.

The sound was deafening and a small shockwave washed over the area, bathing the place with raw mana that had suddenly broken loose.

All of us turned to the source of the noise to see one of the pillars had spiderweb like cracks all over its surface and the runes on it were pulsing angrily.

Then one piece of the pillar broke off and fell to the ground, which seemed to be the catalyst as the rest of the pillar shattered into pieces and crumbled into a pile of rocks.

I stared at the pile of rubble.

The members of the Student Council stared at the pile of rubble.

I turned to look at Evelyne.

The other members of the Student Council turned to look at Evelyne.

Evelyne looked back at me and the rest of the Student Council also turned to look at me.

The silence stretched for a few moments before Valuria broke it.

"What spell was that?! I had literally no defense for that spell! And did that really just destroy the entire dimension?!"

Ah... Now that I think about it... I think I also destroyed the space that Chancellor Vastraea made for me to test the spell in... Or with [Biggest Bang] and not [Big Bang] anyway... So if a space made by her already couldn’t contain it, I guess even as talented as Evelyne was, she couldn’t beat the Chancellor in skill level since it could not contain [Big Bang]...

Well... How was I supposed to react here?

Or... More specifically... How was someone who is the heir of the Nilm Family pretending to be someone who isn’t from the Nilm Family pretending to be from the Nilm Family react to something like this?

Ah screw it...

I tilted my chin up at them and huffed as arrogantly as I could while crossing my arms, "What makes you think I would tell you? And it seems like the enchantment was weaker than I thought."

Ughhh... Was that too much? It felt like that was too much...

Unexpectedly, Valuria let out a bark of laughter, "Ahahaha! That’s right! I was rude to think that you would just tell me like that! That was an awesome spell though! I never thought that I would see the space enchanted by Evelyne break like that!"

The Auto in question also nodded her head, "Yes... It seems like I might have been a little complacent as well. I still have room for improvement. Thank you for showing me that, Lady Aster."

The other Student Council members were even nodding along like they had just spoken facts.

What the heck? Are you guys alright? You’re not trolling me are you? Or are all of you just masochists?

Well... At least Vice President Kaelar and Events Coordinator Cassian weren’t nodding along like the others...

But that might not be a good thing either considering Kaelar was still staring unblinkingly at me like he was trying to figure out if he should beat me up or something while Cassian had a disconcerting smile on his face like he had just discovered my secret... And I don’t even know which secret it might be.

Valuria straightened herself and grinned at me, "I suppose this proves that you won’t have any problems handling your own! Not that I doubted you from the very beginning anyway! Ahahaha!"

President Liareu clasped her hands together, "Perfect then. Can I leave her to you, Valuria?"

The Amrap thumped her chest proudly, "Of course! Leave it to me, President! Lady Aster! Follow me!"

I was a little concerned about what would happen to the arena since I broke it but I saw Evelyne already standing over at the broken pillar and muttering something under her breath.

I guess she already has plans on how to replace and improve it.

Leaving the rest of the Student Council behind, Valuria brought me back to the manor but instead of heading back to that room we had come from earlier, she brought me down another hall and entered another meeting room with a few other desks scattered around.

The room was noticeably smaller than the main room of the Student Council but it had another two rooms attached to it though I couldn’t tell what kind of rooms they were since the doors were shut.

Right now the room was empty but there were several random things scattered all around the place.

It’s obvious that the things belonged to the people who were using this room but were just too lazy to clean up, though at least it was still tidy enough that the mess was still bearable.

Valuria frowned at the sight of the room and growled under her breath, "Those idiots... I already told them multiple times to keep this place clean and they still make a mess..."

She then led me through the room until we reached a board on the far side of the room which I realised showed a map of the entire Academy.

The difference between this map and the other one I saw before was that this particular map had several circles and lines drawn on it. Drawings which I suspect were the main patrol areas that were assigned to the Enforcer Committee. At least... That’s what I think this room was meant to house.

Just from the map alone, I could see that the circles and lines did not cover the entire area of the Academy and there were several locations that were not covered.

Valuria crossed her arms and inspected the map for a moment before shaking her head, "We had to split up our teams to cover as much ground as possible but we can’t let each of our members work solo... And even with that arrangement, we still have so much ground that we are not able to cover... Seems like we might need to increase our recruitment this year and hope we get more members..."

I cleared my throat, "Ahem... So what do you need me to do?"

She pointed to one of the locations that was circled multiple times to overlap each other, which I assumed was the result of multiple different people coming up to circle the map on their own.

I recognised the location on the map to be the bazaar and the plaza in front of the Central Spire. I assume that place had the most number of people assigned there because that was where the most traffic was happening.

"Here. We’ll have to keep a close eye on things here since that’s where most of the clubs are gathered and where the most conflicts would happen."

I tilted my head at her, "Conflicts? What kind of conflicts? Are people really fighting each other there?"

"More than you might think. The clubs get really competitive when they see a student that they really want to recruit and if another club also sets their sights on them... Especially when they are rival clubs..."

I nodded in understanding, "I see... So what’s our job then? To talk them down? To mediate?"

"What? Ahahahaha! Of course not! We just beat them down and tell them to stop doing it! Ahahaha! Mediate! Ahahaha!"

Eh?

Wait... So... We’re going to solve violence... With even bigger violence... Basically shutting them up and getting them to behave with the threat of force?

Well... I guess this simplifies matters at least. I don’t want to waste my time being stuck in between two students trying to fight each other and trying to solve the problem by talking them down when I can just bash them over the head to get them to shut up.

Perfect! Where do I start?

As though reading my mind, Valuria broke into a grin and went over to the side table where several red armbands were placed.

She picked up two of them and slipped one on her arm while handing the other to me.

"I assume this is like some official tag for the students to recognise who we are?" I asked, taking the red armband from her.

She grinned, "That’s right. This shows we are the enforcers and we’re going to beat the shit out of them if they cause trouble!"

That can’t be a good sign but... I guess in a school like this where only the merits matter... That’s a good enough deterrent for people to behave on their own.

I slipped the armband on my left arm just like she did, "So do I do this alone or..."

"You’re with me! Let’s go!"

Ah... Ok then...
