Wizard: I Have Mythical Entries
Chapter 100 - 92: The 1st Divine Technique Entry
Chapter 100: Chapter 92: The 1st Divine Technique Entry
*Merge!* Chen Shang breathed a sigh of relief. As expected, he could complete another attribute.
[True Sight Eye of Earth, Water, and Wind (Purple). Effect: Insight into Element laws, penetrate material surfaces. Deeply fuse the essential perception of related Elements.
Captures Element structures, significantly increasing Control Power over related Elemental Witchcraft, and simultaneously enhances perception and fusion capabilities for other Elements. Can complete other Elements.]
Chen Shang activated the new Eye of True Sight. A cyan-white speck of light slowly drifted toward his pupil, striking into his eye like a bolt of lightning.
His pupils constricted sharply as a cluster of cyan-white light exploded deep within his irises. It intertwined with the previous water-blue and earth-yellow lights, slowly rotating in his eyes like a three-colored Nebula condensing deep within his pupils.
A few breaths later, the light dissipated. The halo around the edge of his pupils had gained another layer of cyan-white.
The Quality of the Eye of True Sight remained unchanged—it was still Purple—but its dimension of perception had deepened further.
He could now "see" the Wind Tracks. The direction, speed, and density of every wisp of wind in the underground cavern transformed into clear cyan-white lines in his vision.
It looked like a web woven from countless lines, spreading outward from the center. It passed through his body, through the rock walls, through the sky overhead, and extended all the way to places the Eye of True Sight could not see.
The Wind Element Attribute of the Eye of True Sight was completed!
But it wasn’t over yet. The panel vibrated again.
[Detected that Mythical Resonance conditions have been met!]
[Wind Sovereignty (Blue) + Wind Elemental Affinity (Green) + Wind-obliterating Thunderstorm (Blue) + Wind Track (Green)... can be merged into a Divine Techniques entry. Merge?]
Chen Shang quickly scanned the entries involved in the merge and was taken aback.
This entry merge included almost all of his Wind Element entries. Even the Wind-obliterating Thunderstorm he had just obtained was among them.
With a slight shift of his will, he commanded, "Merge!"
More than a dozen streams of light converged on the panel—Blue, green, white... Like many rivers flowing into the same sea, they condensed into a swirling cyan-white vortex of light at the center of the panel.
The vortex spun faster and faster, shrinking smaller and smaller, until it finally flashed brightly.
[Obtained Divine Techniques entry: Call Wind (Purple). Completeness: 23%.]
[Call Wind (Purple): A weather-altering Divine Technique from ancient myths. Can summon, control, and dispel wind, rain, lightning, and Thunderstorms. 23% completeness.
Current form can influence the flow of the Wind Element within a radius of several kilometers centered on the user. Greatly increases Control Power over Wind Magic, reduces the consumption of all Wind Witchcraft, and doubles their power.
Increasing completeness will unlock more Transformations of the Call Wind Divine Technique.]
Chen Shang stood in place, looking at the line of Purple text on the panel.
A Divine Techniques entry—a Skill entry of the same Quality as the Samadhi True Flame! Wherever his will went, the wind would follow.
He reached out his hand, and a wisp of cyan-white airflow condensed in his palm, swirling around his fingertips like a miniature tornado.
The airflow was very light, but its core glowed faintly, hiding a small Thunderstorm inside.
"Divine Power Wind Summoning... Is the next step Summoning Wind and Rain, or evolving toward the Wind Marquis and Wind Lady?"
Chen Shang lowered his head in thought. Summoning Wind and Rain was one of the Thirty-Six Heavenly Gang Techniques, while the Wind Lady and Wind Marquis were True Gods of the Celestial Court. It was hard to say which was better.
He withdrew his hand and looked at the Crystal Core suspended in midair. He was suddenly surprised to find that the surrounding wind could no longer affect him.
The pale cyan Wind Element swirled around him, acting like little Elves that no longer harbored any hostility or intent to attack him.
Chen Shang took the Crystal Core down and placed it into his Space Book. Without the support of the Wind Source Crystal Core, the fierce gales that had raged for countless millennia went limp, like a Giant Dragon that had its spine ripped out.
He believed that in a few years, this forbidden zone—a place the local natives had not dared to set foot in for generations—would become an Ordinary canyon.
He climbed back up the basin. The wind had already weakened significantly. The water membrane of the One-Element Heavy Water receded back to the surface of his skin, no longer needing to be maintained at all times.
He had obtained the Wind Elemental Eye and even reaped an unexpected harvest. It was time to go home.
As he walked to the middle section of the canyon, Chen Shang’s pupils suddenly shrank. In the vision of the Eye of True Sight, a dark red Energy trajectory approached at high speed from the side, aiming precisely at his chest.
He sharply dodged to the side. The attack exploded where he had just stood, leaving a charred crater on the Stone Slab, its edges ringed with an ominous dark red.
Chen Shang drew Natural Fury from his Space Book. The Gemstone at the top of the Magic Staff lit up with a pale Gold light. His robes fluttered wildly in the windless environment—this was his own Magic Power surging over his body.
From around the corner of the canyon ahead, a figure stepped out. He was entirely wrapped in black robes. The shadow of his hood concealed the upper half of his face, revealing only a pale chin and lips so thin they were almost entirely devoid of color.
He stood there, twenty paces away from Chen Shang, his sharp gaze shooting out from the shadows of his hood.
"Was it you who took the Wind Crystal Core? Put the item down, and I’ll let you leave." The black-robed figure’s voice was exceedingly sharp.
Chen Shang’s Eye of True Sight quickly swept over the other party. Inside the man’s body was an extremely intense Energy Core, roughly at the strength of a Third Level Apprentice.
This Energy Core looked like a coal briquette compressed to its absolute limit. Tiny sparks constantly burst from its surface before extinguishing in the air.
"The item? Whoever gets their hands on a thing like this owns it." Chen Shang looked at the man and suddenly sensed a familiar aura... Right, it was the control method he had just seen on the Wind Elemental Lord.
Thus, Chen Shang voiced his guess. "Were you the one who modified the Wind Elemental Lord? It looks like a method from the Wizard System... But even if an Advanced Wizard wanted the Wind Crystal Core, they would play by the rules and choose to trade with me.
"So, you’re a native who stumbled upon some Wizard legacy?"
The black-robed figure’s body stiffened slightly. In the vision of the Eye of True Sight, the beating frequency of the dark red Energy Core within his body fell into chaos for a split second.
Chen Shang knew his guess was spot on.
